It is mainly used in the non-woven base material of air filtration equipment industry for glue spraying and active carbon powder composite process.

Using a new generation of technology,the hot-melt adhesive is sprayed on the whole surface of the substrate in a fibrous form,and the activated carbon is sprayed on the surface of the substrate sprayed with the adhesive through the powder spraying device and then it is compounded by spraying the adhesive again. The traditional processes of glue mixing,powder spreading and hot pressing after baking in a high-power oven are. The amount of glue and powder can be set according to the needs of users,and the functions of automatic feeding of activated carbon powder and automatic dust removal can be realized.
