Customized Self Adhesive Laminating Film Coating Machine with 1300mm Effective Coating Width

GQ-1500 is  suitable for the lamination of  coating oily or water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive on Kraft paper, trademark, self-adhesive paper,advertising paper,  BOPP, masking Tape, PE, non-woven fabric, PU, EVA, foam, leather,sponge and so on. Widely used in many industries like  shoes, handbag, bag and luggage, lighting, advertising, packaging, upholstery, etc.

The main raw materials:

(1) Based Material: release paper (silicone oil paper), tissue, membrane (BOPP , CPP , PE , PU,etc.)

(2) Glue:oily or water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive,solvent-based adhesive

(3) coating method: Comma knife coating

Features:

1.Tension control system: the whole machine winding and unwinding are controlled by magnetic particle tension control system.

2.The unwinding frame, winding frame and the exit of oven are each equipped with a set of EPC gas/liquid automatic rectifying devices (total 3 sets).

3.The oven safety system: when the oven temperature reaches the setting temperature, it automatically stops heating and automatically heating when the temperature is lower than the setting temperature. The interlocking circuit of the exhaust system and heating system is set up to improve the safety and reliability of the production. 

4.Energy saving type oven: oven adopts external type electric dryer, super heat preserving, low energy consumption, uniform heat; using intelligent digital PID SCR temperature control system,high precision temperature control.

5.Man-machine interface digital control system : machine driven by cycloid reducer motor and vector frequency control, machine utilizes PLC programmable control system with microcomputer touch screen, man-machine interface, color touch screen operation, simple operation, high degree of automation, all parameters in the factory has been set in the best condition, only by regulating the line speed of the button. It can realize automatic control of synchronous dynamic.
